After fulfilling the requirements and sending the required documents, samples can be ordered by e-mail/ telephone/Wechat/Skype or Whatsapp. We also offer various test sets (base gel, top gel,colour gel, glitter gel, functional gel).
For gel polishes non stock 1kg (bulk goods) and in stock for 6 bottles (filling).
Yes, we need a sample (min. 15g) or precise ideas/requirements how the gel should be.
ORDER & DELIVERY
By e-mail with the article no. and the name of the desired product. We also have an order list which you can download from our website.
Yes, however, these must be tested by us beforehand. For this purpose we ask you to send us several sample cans/bottles in advance.
Yes, on request we can also store your bottles and cans with us.
Yes, on request, however, we do not take over any customs clearance and no goods receipt inspection.
The delivery times depend on the order quantity and order situation and whether bulk goods are delivered or whether your products are filled and/or labelled. As a rule, the delivery time for bulk goods is 5-10 working days and filling with private labelling is 14-21 working days.
We ship with DHL/FEDEX or by air. For larger shipments we ship with our forwarding partners.
PAYMENT & COMPLAINT
We work on advance payment. This can be done by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.
